Payment Structure

• All payments are processed through Square and are due monthly on the same calendar day.

• Payments may be made via emailed/texted invoices or on-site using Tap to Pay.

Late Fees

• Invoices include a one-day grace period.

• A 5% late fee is automatically applied after the grace period.

Fifth Weeks

• Monthly pricing is based on four lessons.

• No regularly scheduled lessons are held during fifth weeks.

• Fifth weeks are reserved for makeup lessons only.

​

Makeup Lessons

• Makeup lessons may be scheduled during fifth weeks or during daytime availability (e.g., school holidays), subject to availability.

Holding Fees

• Scheduled time slots may be held for up to two weeks at no charge.

• After two weeks, the spot will be released unless a holding fee is paid.

• A holding fee of 50% of the monthly rate allows the spot to be held for an additional two weeks.

• Full monthly payment resumes when lessons restart.

• Spots may not be held longer than four weeks without management approval.

• The same holding fee applies when reserving future time slots.

Travel Fees

• A $0.25 per mile monthly travel fee will be added for the distance traveled from the previous lesson to yours

​

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered.

• Account credits for future lessons may be issued at management’s discretion.

Pay-Forward Option

• Three months: Two complimentary lessons and free equipment rentals.​

Equipment Rentals

• Complimentary equipment rentals are included with monthly purchase of $500 or more.

Hourly Rental Rates​

• Wedge — $5/hr

• Barrel — $5/hr

• Panel Mat — $10/hr

• Air Track — $10/hr

• Crash Pad — $10/hr

• Jumbo Air Track — $15/hr

Rental Package: $25 per lesson (any length) for access to all mats.
