Payment Structure

​

All payments are processed through Square and are due monthly, either before the date of your first lesson or, if purchasing an additional package, on the date of the final lesson in your current package.

​

Payments may be made through emailed or texted invoices or on-site using Tap to Pay.

​

 

Late Fees

​

Invoices include a one-day grace period.

​

A 5% late fee will be automatically applied to any unpaid balance after the grace period.

​

 

Monthly Tuition & Fifth Weeks

​

Monthly tuition covers four lessons per month.

​

Regularly scheduled lessons are not held during fifth weeks.

​

Fifth weeks are reserved exclusively for makeup lessons and special scheduling needs.

​

 

Scheduled Vacation Weeks

​

To maintain a healthy work-life balance and provide long-term consistency in service, Holt's Tumbling Clinic observes four scheduled vacation weeks each year:

​

• Week of Independence Day (July 4th)

• Spring Break Week

• Thanksgiving Week

• Christmas Week

​

No lessons conducted by the owner or management will be scheduled during these weeks.

​

Because these vacation weeks are built into the annual schedule and monthly pricing structure, they are not considered missed lessons and are not eligible for makeup lessons.

​

Independent instructors and staff members may choose to offer lessons during these weeks at their discretion.

 

Any lessons offered by staff during scheduled vacation weeks will be communicated separately and are subject to instructor availability.

​

Vacation week dates may vary slightly from year to year and will be announced in advance.

​

​

Cancellation Policy

​

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a makeup lesson.

​

Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may qualify for a makeup lesson, subject to availability and the Makeup Lesson Policy below.

​

 

Makeup Lessons

​

Makeup lessons may be scheduled during fifth weeks or during available daytime hours, such as school holidays, subject to availability.

​

Makeup lessons are available only to actively enrolled clients and must be scheduled while enrollment remains active.

​

Unused makeup lessons expire when enrollment ends or when a package expires.

​

To make up a missed lesson after a package has expired, an additional package must be purchased.

​

Makeup lessons will be rescheduled if new clients request the same day/time

​

 

Weather & Instructor Cancellations

​

Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat, or any other conditions deemed unsafe by management.

​

Lessons canceled by Holt's Tumbling Clinic due to weather, instructor illness, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or credited toward a future lesson.

​

 

Holding Fees

​

Scheduled time slots may be held for up to two weeks at no charge.

​

After two weeks, the spot will be released unless a holding fee is paid.

​

A holding fee equal to 50% of the monthly tuition allows a spot to be reserved for an additional four weeks.

​

Full tuition resumes when lessons restart.

​

Spots may be held for a maximum of six weeks.

 

After that time, continued enrollment will be subject to availability.​

​

Future Lesson Time Reservation Policy 

​

To provide families with the opportunity to secure highly requested lesson days and times for the future, Holt's Tumbling Clinic offers a Future Lesson Time Reservation option.

​

Clients may reserve a future lesson day and time by submitting a non-refundable reservation payment equal to 25% of the selected lesson package rate.

​

The reservation payment will be credited toward the total cost of the package.

​

The remaining balance of the package will be due when lessons begin in the reserved time slot, according to Holt's Tumbling Clinic's standard payment policies.

​

Reserved lesson times will be held exclusively for the reserving client and will not be offered to other families.

​

Reservation payments are non-refundable if the client cancels, declines the reserved time, or fails to begin lessons within the agreed-upon start period.

​

Reservations are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date the reservation payment is received. If lessons have not begun within 30 days, the reservation will expire and the reserved time slot may be released to another client unless an extension is approved by Holt's Tumbling Clinic management.

​

If Holt's Tumbling Clinic is unable to provide the reserved lesson time as agreed, the reservation payment will be refunded in full or applied to an alternative lesson time at the client's discretion.

​

Reservation transfers to another family or another reserved time slot are subject to approval and availability.

​

Reservations are for new clients only unless approved by management

​​

Enrollment Changes & 30-Day Notice

​

A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to discontinue lessons, withdraw from the program, or take an extended break from lessons.

​

Clients who provide proper notice will remain responsible for all scheduled payments and fees during the 30-day notice period, regardless of attendance.

​

Clients who do not provide the required 30-day notice will be charged a short-notice cancellation fee equal to 1/2 of one month's tuition, or 1/3 of the pay forward rate.

​

Clients who wish to retain their current time slot during a temporary break may be subject to the Holding Fee Policy.

​

Exceptions may be made at management's discretion in cases of injury, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances.

​

​

Travel Fees

​

A monthly travel fee may be assessed based on the distance traveled to your lesson location.

​

Travel fees will be communicated prior to enrollment and may be adjusted if lesson locations or scheduling arrangements change.

​

No travel fee will be charged for packages exceeding $2,000.00

​

 

Refund Policy

​

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

​

Missed, unused, or partially used lessons are not eligible for refunds.

​

Account credits for future lessons may be issued at management's discretion.

​

 

Pay-Forward Option

​

Prepay three months of lessons and receive:

• Two complimentary lessons

• Complimentary equipment rentals during the prepaid period

​

 

Referral Program

​

Current clients may receive up to a 30% discount on their next lesson package purchase for each new client they refer.

​

To qualify, the referred client must identify the referring client at the time of enrollment and purchase a lesson package.

​

The 10% discount per referred client will be applied to the referring client's next package purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another client.

​

Referral discounts may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise approved by management.

​

There is no limit to the number of referral discounts that may be earned; however, only up to three referral discounts may be applied per package purchase.

​

Athlete Sponsorship Program

​

Holt's Tumbling Clinic is committed to making quality tumbling instruction accessible to as many families as possible.

​

Clients may choose to participate in the Athlete Sponsorship Program by making an optional contribution toward the tuition of another athlete.

 

Contributions may be made in any amount and will be applied to a sponsorship fund maintained by Holt's Tumbling Clinic.

​

Sponsorship funds may be used, at management's discretion, to provide partial tuition assistance to qualifying athletes and families experiencing financial hardship.

​

The identities of sponsoring families and recipient families will remain confidential unless both parties expressly consent to being identified.

​

Participation in the Athlete Sponsorship Program is entirely voluntary and does not affect enrollment status, lesson scheduling, or eligibility for any services.

​

Holt's Tumbling Clinic reserves the right to determine eligibility for tuition assistance and the amount of assistance awarded.

​

​

Complimentary equipment rentals are included with monthly purchases of $500 or more.

​

Hourly Rental Rates

• Wedge — $5/hour

• Barrel — $5/hour

• Panel Mat — $10/hour

• 10' Air Track — $10/hour

• Crash Pad — $10/hour

• 20' Air Track — $15/hour

• 40' Air Track - $20/hour

Rental Package

$25 per lesson (any lesson length) for access to all available mats and equipment.
